    Dancation Policies


 

 
  1. Two month’s tuition is due at time of registration which is applied to Sept. 2010 & June 2011.
    June is NON-REFUNDABLE! & NON TRANSFERABLE!
     
  2. Dancation Payments Policies

    Payment Schedule

    1. 1st. Payment Sept. 2010/June 2011 due at registration

    2. 2nd Payment due October 1st.

    3. 3rd. Payment due December 1st

    4. 4th Payment due February 1st

    5. 5th Payment due April 1st

    Any payment not received by due date will result in a $15.00 late fee charge. No post dated checks! Students will not be permitted to take class if payment has not been made.
     

  3. Tuitions are due regardless of student’s attendance. Please mail payment to Dancation if student is absent.
     
  4. June money is non-refundable and non-transferable, which means: a. If student takes 2 classes and drops one, June money for that class will not be applied to the class student still wants to take. b. If you have two children registered and one drops out, June money will not be applied to the student still taking class.
     
  5. If student should miss a class, you have a 2 week period to make it up. (call the studio for make-up info) Make-up classes are not mandatory, they are optional. Make up classes are not offered when recital routines begin.
     
  6. In case of inclement weather, please call the studio for closing information. Dancation will not be held responsible for closings due to inclement weather. However you may make up the class on your own.
     
  7. Please make sure student is in the proper attire for his or her class. Student will not be permitted to take class if not properly dressed. Parents are to assume full responsibility for this.
     
  8. Refunds: Because Dancation asks for 2 months Tuition at one time, we will refund the second months payment if students should drop out. However any month that has already been started by student will not be refunded but student may finish his or her classes for that month. Dancation Studio needs to know if student will be pulling out one week prior to the next month or refund will be forfeited (example Oct. 24th deadline for refund for Nov.)
